Gyoza (Dumplings)
Gyoza is a type of Japanese dumpling which has a tender wheat skin filled with minced pork or chicken, finely chopped cabbage, garlic chives, and packaged with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
They are tender and crispy – They are pan-fried on one side and steamed on the other.
